You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use funph, in accordance with Philippine law. funph reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify age and identity. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.
Each player may hold only one active funph account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. funph uses identity verification to detect and prevent duplicate registrations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your funph login credentials. funph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately.
All transactions on funph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. funph does not charge transaction fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated at the time of the offer. funph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by funph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 Any registration or use of the Platform by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.1 is strictly prohibited. funph will close any account found to be held by an ineligible person and will forfeit any balance held in such account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3.1 To access the full features of the funph Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.
3.2 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) funph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 funph employs identity verification procedures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, funph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
3.4 You agree to promptly notify funph of any changes to the information provided at registration. funph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your funph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
4.2 All activity conducted through your funph account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
4.3 funph will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat, or telephone to request your account password. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from funph, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify funph immediately. funph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. funph shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.
4.5 funph strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, where available, to add an additional layer of security to your account.
5.1 All financial transactions on the funph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). funph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. funph does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. funph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
5.5 funph does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which funph accepts no responsibility.
5.6 funph reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
5.7 Funds deposited into your funph wallet are held for gaming purposes only. funph does not pay interest on account balances.
6.1 funph may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 funph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, funph will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
7.1 Each game available on the funph Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
7.2 Game outcomes on funph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. funph does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, funph will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, funph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
7.4 funph's decision on all game-related disputes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the funph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

12.3 funph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your funph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude funph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 funph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if funph reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
13.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, funph reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in your account, void any pending bets, and cancel any active bonuses.
13.3 You may close your funph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable charges) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
13.4 funph reserves the right to retain your personal data following account closure to the extent required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering and data retention obligations.
14.1 funph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, funph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the funph Platform shall first be referred to funph's customer support team for informal resolution. funph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent funph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
